Backend API Connection
Enter the Railway URL for your EVESO CRM backend. Once connected, leads from your Wix website will appear automatically in the Leads Inbox.
Wix Automation Setup
In your Wix dashboard:
1. Go to Automations β†’ + New Automation
2. Trigger: Form submitted (select your contact form)
3. Action: Send HTTP request β†’ Method: POST
4. URL: your-railway-url/webhook/wix
5. Body: Entire payload
6. Add header: x-webhook-secret = your secret
7. Activate the automation
Framer Setup (Direct Webhook)
In your Framer project:
1. Click your form component on the canvas
2. In the right panel find Send To β†’ click Add… β†’ select Webhook
3. URL: https://crm.eveso.com/webhook/framer
4. Secret: leave blank
5. Fallback: your email (catches submissions if webhook fails)
6. Publish the site
Note: Framer labels form fields by their input name β€” make sure your fields are named: firstName, lastName, phone, email, message, how_did_you_hear

Use this if the direct webhook isn't available on your Framer plan:

Data Storage
When connected to the backend, contacts sync to your Railway database.
Without a connection, data is saved locally in this browser only.
Full Backup exports everything β€” contacts, members, unit statuses and assignments β€” into a single file.
Restore loads a backup file back into the CRM. Existing data will be overwritten.
